Had no choice but to skip the gym today - legs are stiff and sore, still some lingering soreness in my arms, too, it just wasn't going to happen. I met up with the lovely virgopoet after work for a drink and some catching up at Miller's. I ordered Arrogant Frog - Ribbit Red based solely on the fact that I liked the name. I normally prefer white wine, but on an empty stomach I get really bad acid reflux from white, and red is healthier anyway, so they say, so I tried this frog stuff. Not bad, not great, still prefer white. Apparently I'm not using full sentences tonight either. I guess that means it's past my bed time.

*looks at the clock*
