jianantonic | Weddings

Jeremy is at a wedding today in WV. He was at a wedding last week, too. Next weekend, both of us are going to two weddings, on the same day. That's CRAZY! I'm 20 years old! These folks that are getting married are barely older than me, and none of them are pregnant either. I don't have a problem with getting engaged after college, but damn, married before you're done? How do people pay for that? Please don't tell me credit...they're just asking for a lifetime of interest payments. Gosh, I sound like my dad! Hehe. Speaking of my dad, I have good news. I'm not sure if I mentioned this in an earlier post, but my dad had open heart surgery in September of last year to fix a leaky valve. It was really hard on my family, because my dad is normally so active and he was just out for a month and still recovering slowly thereafter. He hated it. Anyway he went in for a nine month checkup, and the doctor said he found that there was still a leak, so he gave my dad an echocardiogram (is that how you spell it?), which took a while to get results back. Happily, though, after a few days of distress, we heard that the valve is fine and the leak was really small and completely normal. Yay:) So Dad's fine. That's good. I think my folks are going to come to EFO tomorrow with me, but I have to wait for my mom to call me back today, cause I haven't heard from her. Yay EFO! :-D
No real news today though, cause I'm being a bum. I did burn and send FIVE CDs for Helen. Am I a good friend or what? :)
