MRI Report
Apr. 8th, 2008 07:58 pmWell, it could have been worse. Of course, as soon as they told me not to move, everything started to itch, and I had to fart a lot. But I managed to stay still and not fart (much). I actually got pretty relaxed, if not comfortable.
I'd read the information about MRIs on the website before I went in, and they'd said "You might hear a knocking sound. That's normal." MIGHT?! The entire hour that I was in there was the loudest noise I'd ever heard. The closest thing I can compare it to would be having fighter jets flying three inches overhead while firing missiles in a constant stream.
Anyway it was louder than I expected, but also shorter than I'd thought it would be, and not nearly as uncomfortable. I was glad when it was over, but it could have been a lot worse. I'll get the results on Friday. Updates to follow.
Peace.
