driving me crazy

Someone please help me figure this out.  There's a movie or a show where someone goes to a gun store and can't buy a gun because of the 3-day waiting period.  But then the salesperson mentions the gun show loophole, and says that "As a matter of fact, we're having a gun show out back right now..."

What movie/show is this from?  I know I've seen it a bunch of times but I can't effing recall what it is.  Help!
