I went to the 10:15 BodyFlow class today at Gold's, which is a mix between Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. I'd never done the class before, but my old trainer had recommended it to me a long time ago and I figured it wouldn't be too strenuous a way to start my week. I talked to the instructor before the class and told her about my coccyx, and she was great about offering suggestions for me. The class was nice. It was definitely strenuous, but it was also relaxing as yoga should be.
After the class, I did 30 minutes on a treadmill at a nice pace (mostly uphill walking, but some jogging) and then came home. Emily and I have a date for tomorrow night's pilates class, so I can't skip that one, either. Tuesday I'm going swimming with Donna, but I'll also try to get to the gym for one of the Tuesday classes, too. We'll see how sore I am from today and tomorrow.
I feel good.
Peace.
