jianantonicI locked my keys in my car here at work, so I'm just waiting for Jcow to come get me. I had a good weekend. I got to hang out lots with Helen last night, as well as the family Christmas party yesterday afternoon. My family rocks, I must say. My three-year-old cousin Beau is adorable. He is totally ADD, though. I know that's kind of just how kids are, but really, he is quite scatterbrained. He's like a Dixon.
Work was good today. We were busy which meant the bosses were happy. It also means I may get a decent Christmas bonus.
My boss did something really cool today. One of the employees over at the dot com store is having financial problems. She's got two kids and I don't know the whole story but basically they've fallen on hard times and got a foreclosure notice on their house. The auction is supposed to be next week or something, and she had until tomorrow to pay whatever she owed on her mortgage I think...anyway she didn't have it, so Randy paid it. The thing is, Randy has been strapped for cash, too, and I know it was hard for him to part with that cash, but it was the right thing to do. Very not-Republican of him. :) Well, my knight in shining Mercedes is here to pick me up now, so I'm off.
