The bangs look better today. I used my hair iron on them and they don't look nearly as uneven as they did yesterday. I let the rest of my hair curl, though, and I'm not sure I like the curly hair with straight bangs, but the bangs would look ridiculous if I didn't straighten them...so it looks like I'll be spending a good deal of time with that iron each morning for a while. Or wearing a lot of hats.

I've gotten a lot of writing done this morning, but of course I keep putting off the one thing that actually has a deadline. 'Cause I'm a doof like that. I'm about 1/4 done with it, and the rest will come quickly...when I'm ready. Which will hopefully be before 10am tomorrow when I have to post it. But I think I'm out of creativity for the day.

Hopefully I still have some productivity left in the tank, because I do want to finish cleaning my house today. It would be really awesome if I went back there now and McKenzie had already done all the cleaning...but I'm going to estimate that the chances of that happening are about as good as the chances of hitting the jackpot on the slot machines next week in Vegas. And I don't play the slots.

One can dream, though.
