I'm in the Hartford airport right now waiting to board my 7:10 flight to Charlotte, which then flies to Vegas, arriving at midnight Sin City time. A guy about my age just came and sat down next to me to use the same outlet I'm using for his laptop, and he keeps talking to me, despite my best efforts to look busy. I thought he was trying to pick me up (the new hair cut is really cute, after all), but then I started every sentence with "My husband," and he didn't let up, so I guess he's just chatty.

He's been here for five minutes, and I know he hates living in Arkansas, his grandparents are alcoholics, he used to hold stock in Apple, but made the mistake of selling it pre-iPod, and now all his money is in Palladium, but he can't pronounce it. Oh, and he's looking into stock in the medical industry.

Anyway the flight should board soon, so hopefully he's not seated next to me and I can read a book in peace.

Okay, boarding now.
