After taking some sleep-inducing painkillers at 3am, I finally fell asleep at 4am, and then slept until 10.  Add that to the two or three hours I got before waking up at 1, and I'll call it a decent night's sleep.  But I feel pretty blah this morning.  I'm really sore from my recent gym activity, but I'm going back there with A today at 1.  I'll probably only do a little bit of weightlifting, since pretty much all my muscles are still sore from their last visit.  I guess I could focus on abs today.

I like that thigh squeezy machine they have at the gym (you only ever see girls using it) because it's pretty much the only machine for your hip abductors and whatever the counterpart muscle is called...flexors?  But whenever I use that for the first time after not using it for a while, I get really, really sore, and it takes forever for that soreness to go away.  Lame.  But I guess the rest of my leg muscles are well enough for a real workout, though I probably will take it a little easier on myself today, since it would be nice to reach a point where at least part of my body isn't totally sore.

insert nerdliness: adductors=opposite of abductors. I knew that anatomy class would come in handy someday! :) Good luck with WW -I've started writing stuff down which is definitely a step in the right direction! -Jill
