How can family be off limits when you so blatantly use them in your political scheming?

Seems like Gov. Palin has a lot of dirty laundry.  You know I don't believe for a minute that McCain "knew" about the daughter's pregnancy before he chose his running mate, and I'm starting to wonder if he asked any questions at all, or just played eenie meenie minee mo with all the obscure female republican leaders in the US when he chose her.  

Anyway I'm sick of thinking about this bitch, so I'm gonna go to trivia now.

The word Peace should be spoken by a person who has found peace. You sound like a bitter, hateful person. As for the way the public is attacking Sarah Palin-the feminists would be outraged. The aweful truth of the matter is that Democrats wanted and fought for the oppression of blacks and women. The Republics-Gallant Old Party-are the reason why women and blacks can vote. The bitter hateful public should step back and let "peace" play itself out. As for peace-you have it all wrong. GOD BLESS AMERICA-and thank you to all the women activists who fought the bitter nasty Democrats! Good always prevails in the end-GO McCain!!!!!

True. The funny thing is how so many right-wingers keep throwing feminism at us (see above), saying "feminists would be outraged at the attacks against Palin." Umm, hello? Feminist here, I think the woman is full of crap and deserves every attack thrown at her. If she doesn't want her family in the spotlight, she shouldn't have put them there. And it's not just her family -- what kind of feminist likes an anti-choice candidate?

The media and everyone picks apart the male candidates' politics and private dealings during campaigns - this is just par for the course, right or wrong.
Feminism is the thought that men & women should be equal, so...there it is, the same treatment as everyone else - we're treating her equally.

I don't get (or agree with) the whole idea that just because she's a woman, we (other women) should be all touchy feely and give her a free pass to everything.

I really don't like getting into politics discussions but it's been happening more and more lately. *Sigh*
