jianantonicToday was alright. I aced a quiz in astronomy. I emailed Jilly after a long time of not hearing from her. I got into a tiff with another student in my logic class during group work, but the rest of the group was on my side and Watson understood, so it's cool. I just didn't think it was a good assignment for a group because we were supposed to decide as a group of 4-5 people what attributes make a good presidential candidate and rank them. Well of course we had all kinds of different ideas, but that's not actually what we argued about. The assignment was to make a list of things a candidate should include in his platform. This one very outspoken very rude group member just didn't understand. He kept saying I was missing the point when I said things like "tax reforms," and "civil rights." He wanted to put things like "skills in executing presidential duties," and cabinet selections. I'm sorry, these are not parts of a PLATFORM. Anyway, not that important.
After work, Jer and I went to two pet stores. I am getting really excited about "having babies." We're definitely getting two cats, and at least one fish tank, but probably two, funds permitting. Rah! So exciting!
Not much else to report here...still having problems sleeping, still in love with Ani DiFranco.
