jianantonicAt least when I woke up at 5am today, it was Pacific time.
Do you know how happy I am to be here? SO COMPLETELY FUCKING HAPPY! Portland might just be my soul mate -- in a way that a man would never be. That's not to say I love Portland more than my marriage, because I don't. But my marriage is wonderful, among many other reasons, for having brought me here.
I have to wake up a bit more and write for a little while, then we're walking -- walking! Because we can! -- to Fred Meyer for some necessary items, then I'll write some more while the boys play at the club, and then the boys will take me to a gym, where I shall pump some iron and move my body, and then maybe I can convince them to take me out for Indian food on the way to the 7pm kickoff KO at the regional...or maybe we'll go to Nicholas for Lebanese. Or maybe one of the zillions of other incredible restaurants within spitting distance of my house. Wow, this is overwhelming in the very best of ways.
Come visit me. You've gotta see what all the fuss is about...
