New PT: Why you should visit Vegas now.

I didn't realize how early I woke up until I finished my day's work and noticed it was only 9am. So I'm
working on tomorrow's work. Except that now I'm doing this.

I am now an official Portlander. I bought purple skinny jeans yesterday. I was *thisclose* to buying bright pink corduroys, but they were a little bit too short on me. The jeans are hot, though. I'm really looking forward to wearing them :) I have all these superfun clothes now, mostly from thrift stores on Hawthorne and the Saturday Market vendors. It makes me wish I went out more. I am now one of those girls who takes an hour to figure out what she's going to wear for the day. Thankfully, it's not for lack of options, but rather too many awesome choices.

I'm not sure when I became someone who cared, but I do have fun with my wardrobe. Losing weight made clothes so much more enjoyable for me -- but I'm starting to miss my big knockers. Oh well.

Trying to decide if I want to play bridge tonight...I mean, I do, but do I have the energy to find a partner and get to the club, or would I rather just stay home and watch My So-Called Life on hulu?

Am jealous on your thrift finds. I didn't go to the goodwill today, but I'm aiming for the SPCA store tomorrow while my car is getting inspected down the street.

So there's this street a few blocks down from where I live called Hawthorne. It is lined with pubs and thrift stores, and it's also where the Fred Meyer is. It is the best place ever. Nothing is expensive, but I sure can spend money!
