Jetsetting

I guess I should've known after the dreams I had last night that this would be sort of a stressful day.  I spent most of the morning planning and booking travel.  I now have a plane ticket and hotel reservation for a long weekend at the Glitter Gulch sectional in Vegas with Max next month, a plane ticket from there to Naples for the following week, where I'll be playing with Gail and hanging with many of my best bridge buds, and a ticket home from there to play in the Seaside regional the next week with Theri and a cast of crazy characters.  Vegas is so cheap right now, I'm loving it.  I'll be there for four nights, and between flight and hotel, I'm still paying less than $200.  AND the evening sessions are free at this sectional.  Awesome.

I have some work to do that I'm not ready to do just yet, and I'll need to go to the gym, but other than that, no plans for the day.  I just hope I can get productive soon.  I'm just so wrapped up in my travel plans and all that, it's hard to hunker down.  I have a few other tournaments that I'm definitely doing this year, but haven't bought flights or hotels yet.  There's San Diego in November, Reno in December, and either Daytona, FL or Ogden, UT in early November.  Who knows if I'll add more.  I'm pretty excited about it all.

The PT post I'm working on now is something you'll probably want to check out.  Just sayin'.  I'll post a link when it's written.

If I go, I'll fly into SLC on the 4th or 5th, and stay for the long weekend. There's a bridge tournament in Ogden, and one of my favorite partners lives in SLC, so I'd be staying and playing with him. Maybe we can get together :)

(Though I'd say I'm something like 70/30 to go to Daytona instead.)

Hee well IF you go to Utah, and IF we overlap, even if just at the airport, lemme know, it would be a fun diversion. :)
