jianantonicI don't know how I did it, but I woke up with what appears to be a sprained ankle. Very odd. Actually I didn't wake up so much as I was woken up by my "little alarm clocks." Jeremy is in Charlottesville covering my ass for a bridge tournament until I can get there tonight, so to keep from getting too lonely, I let the cats in the bedroom last night. I woke up with both of them sitting on my head, purring.
I designed two more rings for myself this week, each of which cost me less than $5. The joy of having access to wholesale prices. They're silver, one with a bloodstone and the other a star sapphire. The funny thing is, I could have set these myself if I hadn't needed them sized, and I bet I could sell each of them for $30. I won't, but I could make more and sell those. I love my job:)
I have sold an engagement ring every day this week. I'm on a roll. June is one of the slowest months of the year, and we're on pace to beat February - one of the busiest. It's ridiculous how well we're doing. Everyone's praising me for the success, too. *Bask*
Anyhow, I should go scrounge up breakfast and get to work. Hmm...don't know who'll be opening the store this morning, since I don't have a key yet and Janet and Jay are both off...
