Jan. 20th, 2011 09:07 amI went back to Gold's last night for another yoga class. I ran 2 miles and change on the treadmill before class, so I was good and warmed up. Jen, my favorite teacher, was there last night, and she did one of the really hard strength tracks. I was hurting, but in the really satisfying way. My regular class isn't offered tonight or tomorrow, so if I want any more yoga before Saturday, I have to try a different class tonight. I'm considering it, but I think I'll skip it, because my wrist needs a break. I'll still go to the gym and work out, though.
My time in Cville is almost up this time around. A week from today I fly to SLC, then I do a two-week tour of the southwest before heading home. Actual home. Still considering the logistics of what needs to go with me on this trip and what I'll leave in Charlottesville. I will be back here in just over a month, and I haven't determined yet how long I'll stay when I return (but probably a while), so I don't really need to take too much stuff with me. Also mulling the logistics of therapy...whatever happens, I'm going to continue working with Dr. P when I'm in Charlottesville, and hopefully she can help me find someone good to work with in Portland. No matter what, I'm sticking with therapy for the rest of my life. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself, and it's one of my favorite things, even on the days when I go in there and sob for an hour.
I'm feeling kind of sluggish about getting on with my day, but I always do a better job when I make a public to-do list, so here it is:

Showering and eating go in there somewhere, too, but generally I don't have to remind myself to do those things.
