Today has been really good.  I woke up early and got a lot of work done before I had to leave for my 10am therapy appointment.  I've published something of my own three days in a row now on AOL Travel.  I'm trying to get in the rhythm of posting more there.  Today's topic was Valentine's Day Getaways

I talked to my therapist about my work habits today.  Basically, I've never been disciplined, and that's something I want to work on.  I guess wanting it is half the battle, really.  I've always been able to exercise discipline when I really needed it, but often not until my back is against the wall, and I think I could reduce the stress in my life by a lot if I would just get shit done before the last minute.  It's not just about meeting deadlines, though...it's just about being more productive and proactive across the board.  And I think I can do it.  This isn't just something about me that changes when I take the right medication -- this is still a struggle for me and it's just a habit I need to change from the inside out.

I went to the gym this afternoon and ran on the treadmill again.  I'm still not doing much resistance training, but I feel good about my runs, and I do get strength training in my yoga classes.  I do need to start working weights back into my routine, though.  I'm going to yoga each of the next two mornings, so maybe Monday is a good day to bring back weights?  We'll see.

I'm going to the UVA Women's basketball game tonight at 8:30...that's late for me.  I've been in bed by 9 each night this week.  But I love going to these games, so it'll be fun.  My parents are coming to the game on Sunday, too.

My husband was the star of today's Bobby Wolff on Bridge column.  He didn't even know he was going to be in it.  That was pretty exciting to see.  I'm proud of him.
