jianantonicI'm just procrastinating right now...
I need to pack and prepare for my trip back home, but I'm just not in the mood right now. I think I'm going to end up taking two suitcases, which is a giant pain, but I guess it'll be ok.
The game last night was awesome. It really did feel like this might be UVA's year, and the attitude in Charlottesville and the stadium was certainly on that side of things...but then the Hokies came out and just DOMINATED. Start to finish, complete domination. It was a beautiful thing to watch. 38-0. Could've been more, but Frank Beamer is a classy guy and had our QB take a knee in the red zone with two minutes left.
I did a lot more screaming than I should have, though, and my cold/virus/whateverthisis is worse now. I didn't sleep well because my cough and runny nose kept me up quite a bit, so this will likely be a crappy travel day. Back to work tomorrow, and from what I hear, there have been some more changes in the office while I've been gone, so we'll see what's new when I get there. Shanon's baby is due on the 10th, so he could come any day now. I'm pretty excited to meet him and just be there for Shanon and see their family expand. I should get a playpen for our house so she can bring him over on game nights :)
