Aug. 1st, 2012 12:03 pmReally don't know wtf is wrong with me, but I'm hoping it'll pass quickly. I'm just so tired all the time. I napped for 3 hours yesterday, but then couldn't really wake up enough to do much of anything in the evening, and ended up waking up a lot during the night. I was so exhausted this morning that I had to punk out on my family and nap some more, but I'm still feeling sluggish. I'm going to go to the gym to see if that helps anything, even though I reallyreallyreally don't wanna go. More than I don't wanna go, I don't wanna skip another running day, what with my 10K barely more than 2 weeks away now, and I still haven't worked up to more than 4 miles. (10K is 6.2mi.)
I did go ahead and restart the 100 Pushups program today. My wrist is giving me some feedback, but I don't think it's really negative, and I will be careful and curtail my training if it becomes problematic. I'm optimistic, though. Also remember what fabulous arms I had when I was doing this in 2009? I want them back.
Anyway. I'm annoyed with the current state of things. Time to get proactive and make improvements.
